Hello friends
thought i would post some new info, even though nothing much has happened. Went to AV Central last wednesday to dump all the XD CAM footage onto a hard drive, I bought myself a 400gb portable hard drive which will give me more than enough space for my entire project. This also means that post MAPS I can take the footage with me although MAPS keeps the XD CAM disks (dam beaucracy!) I managed to have a brief look at the footage at Low resolution, it still looks really good and I can't wait to start editing with Mr. Skeer- wonderous times ahead. Will try to work on finding a composer for my music soon, If anyone know a good composer please let me know.
Now that business is over, i will briefly mention social life as it has been busy since i moved to the city, dam it's good there is just so much more to do when you don't live out in the sticks.
Had a killer friday went to see "The Evil Dead" at the mercury with Rowan and some mates, It was wicked sick, they played a 35mm print of the film that was scratched as hell and looked like it had been in someones basement for about 30 years. They also played army of darkness, but we didn't stick around because we had other arrangements.
We then went on to Danny Steel's friday the 13th gathering, we watched friday the 13th part 3, and sat around drinking home made plonk, it was heaps fun, Rowan came dressed as Jack Nicholson in "The Shining" it was fantastic.
